The Likert Scale Widget

The Likert Scale widget is a combination widget that provides 5 ranked choices from which a respondent can select.

The choices in Likert Scales are presented as radio buttons and are defined according to a choice of pre-configured "Response Sets":

• Agreement
• Satisfaction
• Familiarity
• Performance
• Frequency
• Intensity
• Quality
• Awareness
• Approval
• Importance

In the left menu, the Likert Scale Widget can be identified by this graphic:

To place a Likert Scale widget on a form drag the icon onto the form using your mouse (or finger if using a mobile device)

Once the Likert Scale Widget with, for example, the Agreement Response Set has been placed on a form it appears as below in the form editor:

Click the edit icon (  ) to configure the widget can be configured in the left configuration panel.

On a live form the Likert Scale Widget with, for example, the Agreement Response Set layout appears as below:
