Once a registration is successfully completed the platform will confirm the registration in two ways:
- A "Confirmation Page" will be presented to the registrant on screen.
- A "Confirmation Email" will be sent to the registrant(s)
Content for each of the "Confirmation Page" and "Confirmation Email" can be configured using widgets.
Confirmation Page
The confirmation page can be found under the Setup menu:

There is only one confirmation page but it can be configured to show different content using widgets and rules that control visibility.
Confirmation Email
The confirmation email template can be found under the Email menu:

There is only one confirmation email template but it can be configured to show different content using widgets and rules that control visibility.
Configuring Email Header Details
You are able to configure the following information related to the Confirmation Email:
From Name: The name displayed in the From field
Subject: The Subject of the email
Reply To Name: The name displayed should the recipient replies to the email
Reply To Address: The email address to which a reply will be delivered
Why Can't I Configure the "From" Email Address?
Form standard accounts, we prohibit changing the from-email address because emails are sent from the Erbium platform mail servers. Changing the from email address is a "red-flag" for spam filters and your email will likely become un-deliverable. It will also impact our sender reputation. Enterprise clients contact us to discuss email integration capabilities.
Consolidate vs Individual Confirmation Emails.
If your event is configured using Attendee Types to allow for guests, the confirmation email template can be configured to send a single, consolidated, confirmation to only the primary registrant OR, send individual confirmation emails to all registrants within the folio.
Consolidation can be switched on by editing the confirmation headers:
- Click on the edit icon on the confirmation email template

- Switch "Consolidated" toggle to the one position (illustrated)
