SalesForce Administrator Guide - Step 3: Obtaining Consumer Credentials

Once the steps describe in Part 1 - Creating an Integration User and Part 2 - Creating a Connected App have been completed you will be able to obtain the Consumer Credentials to enable access to your SalesForce instance by the Erbium platform.

1. Log into your SaleForce production instance
   
   
2. Under the PLATFORM TOOLS section of your SalesForce Settings navigate to the Apps | Connected Apps | Manage Connected Apps:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on "Manage Consumer Details"
   
   
   
   
4. Provide the identity verification code sent to your email address as requested by SalesForce
   
   
   
   
5. Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret by clicking on their respective 'Copy' buttons.
   
   
   
   
6.  Provide the Base URL, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret to your meeting planner to enable them to connect their event in Erbium to SalesForce.
