This article will explain how to connect the selection of an Activity or a selectable question answer such as a radio button, checkbox or drop down to a Zoom Webinar.
Before You Begin
In order to connect activity or question selections to a Zoom webinar you must first connect your event to Zoom. Visit Connectors under your event Setup menu.
Connecting an Activity to a Zoom Webinar
- Click the edit icon on your activity or selectable answer.
- Select the Integration tab by clicking on this icon:
- Toggle Zoom to the ON position, select 'Webinar' and choose the appropriate webinar from the drop down menu. Note: only one activity or answer can be assigned to a particular webinar so once all your webinars have been assigned you may not see available webinars.
- Respondents selecting this answer will be submitted to the indicated webinar within your connected Zoom account.
