This article explains how to create an App on Zoom Marketplace. This App is necessary to enable a connection from the Erbium platform to webinars and meetings held on your Zoom platform.
Note that you only need to create the App once. You do not need to create the App for every event hosted on the Erbium platform.
Before you Begin
In order to connect questions and activities in the Erbium platform to a Zoom Webinar you will need an active Zoom Pro account with the Webinar Add-On package.
- Navigate to Zoom Marketplace (https://marketplace.zoom.us/) and login.
- From the Develop menu click "Build App"
- Select "Server to Server OAuth App" and click "Create"
- Name the app "ERBIUM"
- Credentials will be displayed App credentials. These will be used to connect to the Erbium platform and should be provided to your Erbium administrator. Note. You MUST still complete the following steps to activate the App. Click "Continue"
- On the Information tab and provide a Short Description, Company Name and Contact Information and click "Continue"
- On the Feature tab click "Continue" to move forward.
- On the Scope tab click "Add Scopes". Scopes define what features of your Zoom instance the Erbium platform is permitted to access.
